I will put a package together to outline our work together and you will make your choice on how we move forward.


Typical Package Sessions

Most clients choose between the 3, 6 or 12 month packages. We can begin with one and change as needed. Your wellbeing is our goal!

Three Month Plan

Ten one hour coaching sessions with short support calls (5 - 10 mins) as needed.


Take home excercises and readings to build on what you are working on and what you are working towards.



Six Month Plan

20 one hour coaching sessions with short support calls (5-10 mins) as needed.


Take home excercises and readings to build on what you are working on and what you are working towards.


Learning modules for Living Effectively, Communication Skills, and Building Emotional Resilience.

Twelve Month Plan

40 one hour coaching sessions with short support calls (5-10 mins) as needed.


This package is built to work on all aspects of your life to empower you. Having the work run throughout the full year allows you to reinforce all your new learning and skills, to challenge yourself to take it to another level.


Having me support and challenge you over a long term period is a way of entrenching your new behaviours.
